• Please provide us with a valid email address that you check often. This will be used for your appointment confirmation and all communications.
• A computer, tablet or cell phone with webcam and microphone access.
• A reliable internet connection.
• Please make sure you are in a well-lit room during your video consultation.

We will send you an email with the link of the Zoom meeting that will also specify the date and time of the appointment.

Yes, a discussion about how nutrition and food can affect your skin will be part of your consultation.

We can offer you a video consultation in English, Spanish or Spanglish!

In order for our team to make the best assessment of your skin during the video consultation, it's best to join makeup-free and to be in a well-lit room so that any specific issues you would like to address will be easily seen. The same applies when you are taking the picture that you will email prior to your consultation.

For us at Clean Beauty by AnaK it is important to know what products you are using and which steps you are following as part of your skincare routine to better understand your commitment level, to identify any harsh ingredients that could be irritating your skin, as well as, in which order and how frequently you are using your current products. This will help us make the best assessment of which products from our line will be ideal to add to your current regimen or which ones to replace to reach your skin goals.

As a follow up after your consultation we will work on a personalized skin care plan featuring your ideal selection of products based on your skin needs and a step-by-step routine guide on how to maximize all of their benefits to achieve a healthy and youthful-looking skin. Your personalized plan will be sent within 24 hours after your online consultation. At Clean Beauty by AnaK we are firm believers that when trying new products less is more, this way you can see the results of each product. Remember it takes 6 to 8 weeks for skin to rejuvenate, so any and all skincare regimens take about that long to see your optimal results and it will also depend on your cell metabolism to see a real improvement.

We have experience in the beauty industry as aestheticians for more than 20 years assessing skin and guiding women and men alike on how to best care for their skin. Whether it be to correct skin issues (scarring, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, dryness or oiliness) or to help prevent future ones, such as anti-aging and hyperpigmentation, by asking you vital questions and seeing your skin in both photos (sent by email so we can zoom-in problem areas) and through a video call, we will be able to easily asses and answer your skin concerns.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do request a 48-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. We will always do our best to avoid charging for cancellations, but please keep in mind these one-on-one consultations are by appointment only. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will not be reimbursed. However, you will be allowed to reschedule it once.
